What Offline is, who it's built for, and what's included.

What is Offline?

Offline is dental practice management software that runs entirely inside your clinic. Patient records, appointments, billing, treatment plans, lab orders, inventory, and audit logs — all stored locally on your hardware, with no cloud dependency.

Who is Offline built for?

Indian dental practices that want full data ownership and reliable operation without internet dependency. From solo practitioners to multi-chair clinics and specialty practices — there's a suite for each.

What does "offline-first" actually mean?

It means the software is designed to run without an internet connection from day one. Internet outages, slow connections, and vendor server problems don't affect your clinic. Everything works on your local machine.

Other software is "cloud-first" — it expects the internet to be there, and degrades or stops working when it isn't. Offline is the opposite: the internet is genuinely optional.

What modules are included?

Seven core modules, with availability depending on the suite: Patient & Clinical Records, Scheduling, Billing & Invoicing, Treatment Management, Lab Orders & Suppliers, Inventory, and Access Control & Audit Logs. Reports & Analytics is included with Core.

Data & offline operation

Where your data lives, what happens during outages, and how it's protected.

Where is my patient data stored?

On your hardware, inside your clinic. No third-party servers. No cloud sync. The data physically resides on the computer you installed Offline on, and you own it completely.

What happens if my internet goes down?

Nothing changes. Offline runs entirely locally — no internet is required for any clinical or operational workflow. Your team can see patients, schedule appointments, generate bills, and access records exactly as before.

How is my data backed up?

Offline supports automated local backups to an external drive or NAS device. We help you set this up during onboarding. Your backups stay in your clinic — not on someone else's cloud.

What happens if my computer crashes?

If you've followed the recommended backup schedule (set up during onboarding), your data is recoverable from the most recent backup — typically less than 24 hours of work to re-enter, often zero.

This is the same risk as any local-first business system, and the same fix: regular backups. We help you make this a one-time setup, not a daily worry.

Are there audit logs?

Yes. Every action in Offline — record creation, modification, deletion, login — is captured in an immutable, tamper-proof audit log that lives locally with your data. Available across both suites.

Can I export my data?

Yes, anytime. Patient records, treatment plans, billing, and audit logs can all be exported in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF). No vendor lock-in. The data is always yours.

Setup & onboarding

How long it takes, what hardware you need, and what training is included.

How long does setup take?

Initial installation takes 2-3 hours. Full onboarding — including team training, data import (if migrating), and first week of guided operation — typically takes 5-10 working days depending on the suite and clinic size.

What hardware do I need?

Only a Windows computer.

Do you provide training?

Yes. Every suite includes onboarding training. The Core suite includes extended training sessions for the full clinic team — receptionist, assistants, hygienists, and dentists.

Can I try Offline before buying?

We offer a private guided demo on your schedule, where we walk you through Offline running with sample clinic data. After the demo, if it's a fit, we proceed to purchase and onboarding.

How much does Offline cost?

Pricing depends on the suite (Solo or Core) and the size of your clinic. Pricing is shared on a Book-a-Demo call where we understand your setup and recommend the right fit.

What support do you provide?

Every suite comes with onboarding training included. We don't hand you software and walk away.

Core Suite — On-site setup and full team training is included. We train the whole clinic: receptionist, assistants, hygienists, and dentists.

Solo Suite — On-site visits are available as a separately scheduled service if needed.

Installation typically takes 2–3 hours. Full onboarding — with your real data and your team up to speed — usually takes 5–10 working days depending on clinic size.

For ongoing support: critical issues (anything blocking patient care) are addressed within 24 hours. Non-critical fixes go into the next maintenance update. Bug fixes are always free, regardless of which suite you're on.

Do you provide on-site help?

On-site setup and team training is included with the Core suite. For Solo, on-site visits are available as a separately scheduled service.

What if I find a bug?

Report it via email and we'll triage. Critical bugs (anything blocking patient care) are addressed within 24 hours; non-critical issues land in the next maintenance update. Bug fixes are always free, regardless of suite.

What if Offline doesn't work for my clinic?

We'll know during the demo whether Offline is the right fit. If not, we'll tell you honestly and recommend a better option for your specific situation. We'd rather help you find the right software than sell you the wrong one.
