Strictly necessary cookies

This website does not currently set any strictly necessary cookies (such as login session or shopping cart cookies) because there is no user login system on the public website. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.

Functional cookies

We do not currently use functional cookies (cookies that remember your preferences, such as language or region). If we add these in future, we will update this policy.

Marketing / advertising cookies

We do not use any marketing, advertising, or retargeting cookies. No advertising networks operate on this website.

3. Third-Party Services That May Set Cookies or Access Your Data

Google Analytics 4 (analytics.google.com)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website — which pages are most visited, how long visitors stay, and what devices or locations visitors use. The data is aggregated and anonymised; we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Google Analytics cookies are loaded only after you interact with the page (mouse movement, click, scroll, keypress) or after a 5-second timeout — they are not loaded on page arrival before any interaction. This limits the data collected from visitors who leave quickly.

Google's use of analytics data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com)

We load typefaces from Google Fonts. When fonts load, your IP address may be transmitted to Google's servers. We use a preconnect directive to minimise exposure. Google's Privacy Policy governs this data. Font files are served from Google's CDN — no cookie is typically set by Google Fonts.

Supabase (pwueanxprotptxfhlyjb.supabase.co)

When you submit a demo request or newsletter signup, the form data is sent to Supabase's servers to store your submission. Supabase may use session-level cookies or local storage for its API client. No tracking or marketing cookies are set by Supabase in relation to our forms.

4. Your Consent

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), we are required to obtain your informed consent before placing non-essential cookies (such as analytics cookies) on your device.

Our analytics cookies are loaded with a delay and only after initial user interaction rather than immediately on page load. We treat this as a lightweight consent mechanism pending a full cookie consent management platform (CMP) integration. If you do not interact with the page, analytics cookies are not loaded immediately.

We are working on a full cookie consent banner that will allow you to accept or decline analytics cookies before they are loaded. Until that is in place, you can block analytics cookies at any time using your browser settings (see Section 5).

Consent is not required for our form submissions — those are processed on the basis of your voluntary submission of the form.

5. Managing and Deleting Cookies

You have the right to accept or refuse cookies and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we do not yet have a cookie management widget on the site, you can control cookies through your browser:

Blocking or deleting cookies may affect your experience on this website (for example, form submissions may still function, but we may lose the ability to analyse how the site is being used to improve it).

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal that tells websites not to track you. We currently do not alter our behaviour based on DNT signals because there is no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond. We will revisit this as standards develop under the DPDP Act framework.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes or as laws evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated on our website or by email to registered users.
